The following weekly services are held at the New York City Center. All are welcome to attend. If you are new to meditation or just beginning, we suggest attending the Thursday evening or Sunday morning services, which are a good introduction to meditation and the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

FRIDAY EVENING
Energization exercises 6:30-6:45pm
Three-hour meditation 6:45-9:30pm
SUNDAY MORNING
Meditation 10:00-10:50am
Inspirational Service 11:00-12:00pm
Parents with children under 4 yrs. old may view the services in the Parent and Infant Room
